Afterthoughts: I was thrilled at the attendance we saw for this month long exhibition of Harry Bliss’ work! For the first time we generated interest in visiting the studio beyond First Friday. Harry, himself, was able to visit the studio three times during the month! Listening to him speak from the heart about his paintings was inspiring and enlightening. Harry’s nephew, Harry Bliss who resides in Vermont visited early last week and filmed the work. Our Harry also visited and was interviewed for this documentary that is being done by his nephew. I am hoping the Rochester Art Club can obtain a copy of this documentary upon its completion to keep in our archives. What a treasure we have in Harry Bliss! ~ Suzi
